We believe a consultative approach from start to end is essential to achieve a positive financial impact from a marketing effectiveness engagement.

There are three key elements to our approach that ensures our programmes deliver maximum commercial value for our clients

When we start working with a client, we co-develop a roadmap, outlining how we can create financial value tailored to the client’s needs and existing capabilities. Whenever possible, we build on existing analytics to maximise the value of available assets to create financial value right from the start.

At each stage of the project we minimise the burden for clients when it comes to tasks such as data collection and coordinating with third party data suppliers, to allow time to input into the elements that will add the most commercial value.

In stakeholder interviews and workshops we make sure we capture all relevant business questions and develop hypotheses with stakeholders across the business. Throughout the project we will test these hypotheses and feedback results through a series of presentations.

Finally we put in place the processes, governance and education to drive real change and a long-term financial impact. We have extensive experience of delivering a step change in capability across large and complex multinational organisations, ranging from advising on governance and embedding our optimisation software as part of the planning process to setting up and training an effectiveness team from scratch.
