Katherine has over 20 years of marketing effectiveness experience spanning advertising strategy, consumer research, technology, and consulting. Most recently she was the Managing Director of Data2Decisions, having played a key role in the company’s rapid growth after joining in the start-up phase. Katherine was instrumental in setting the global strategy and establishing the business as a key player in digital effectiveness consulting.

Combining creativity, analytics, and technology Katherine has a sharp commercial focus – helping clients to deliver tangible business results from optimising marketing investment. She has partnered with some of the world’s biggest brands to implement integrated consulting and technology solutions that enable better and faster marketing decisions.

Katherine is a regular contributor to industry press, has co-authored several award-winning IPA Effectiveness papers and recently featured in the 2019 Parliamentary Review, providing guidance on how to scale and internationalise UK technology businesses. Katherine holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Warwick.
